How to Reset a Users Password

In this tutorial, you will learn how to reset a user’s password.

Change Limited and Admin User Password as Admin User

This scenario is primarily used when a user has forgetten his/her password. If an Admin user password is forgotten, please contact GolfNow Reservations Customer Support to reset Admin user.

  1. Log into GolfNow Reservations as an Admin user.
  2. Setup | Users

  3. Left-click on the name of the user that you wish to change the password
  4. Click the Password Tab
  5. Enter New Password
  6. Confirm Password
  7. Click Change Password button

  8. Click OK
  9. Close out of GolfNow Reservations and have the user attempt to log into GolfNow Reservations to confirm that the password change was successful.

Change Limited User Password as Limited User

Use this method to change a limited user’s password while logged in as that limited user

  1. Login to GolfNow Reservations with the username to be changed.
  2. Setup | Users
  3. Enter Current Password
  4. Enter New Password
  5. Confirm New Password
  6. Click Change Password

  7. Click OK


  • Non-Admin users can change their own password by going to Setup | Users and entering and confirming existing and new password.
  • Password must be strong. Minimum of 8 characters with minimum of 1 capital letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number.
  • Admin user’s password can only be changed by another Admin user, or by contacting GolfNow Reservations Customer Support.
