How to Remove Bad Emails from Customer Profiles

In this tutorial, you will learn how to remove bad email addresses from customer’s profiles.

NOTE: This procedure cannot be undone, we highly recommend performing a local backup prior to completing this procedure.

  1. Navigate to E-Tools | History.
  2. Click Remove.
  3. Select Date Range for Removal.
  4. Click Refresh.

  5. You will see a list of reasons emails that did not send for the selected date range.
  6. Toggle to purge emails wth errors.

  7. Click Remove.
  8. Click Yes to start removal process.

  9. Click OK at confirmation screen.

  10. Click Close.
