GolfNow Reservations 2016 gives you the ability to configure an unlimited number of printer stations across your organization. This is especially useful in restaurant or bar environments where you may need to print receipts to multiple printer locations.

Configuring printer stations

  1. To print a receipt to a specific printer, you must first install the printer locally to your machine or network.
  2. Once the printer is installed and accessible by Windows, create a Printer Station by clicking the “Hardware” button in the Setup ribbon menu.
  3. Next click “Printers,” which will take you to the “Printers Setup” screen.
  4. Click the “Printer Stations” tab to create new or manage existing Printer Stations.
  5. Click the Star icon to create a new Printer Station.
  6. Give your Printer Station a unique name and select the installed Printer from the drop down menu.
  7. You can also define the printer Font Type, Font Size, and Receipt Width from this screen.
  8. Once you have made your changes, click “OK” to save your changes.


Configuring sales item printers

  1. Once you have added your Printer Stations, you must then set a printer for each sales item you want to print to a different station.
  2. Within the “Sales Items” configuration section, double click on the sales item you want to configure.
  3. Click the “Printer Options” tab.
  4. Click the checkbox next to each Printer Station to select that station.
  5. You can also use the sheet view of sales items to quickly select multiple sales items. By default the columns for the printers will be nearly all the way to the right.
