How to Issue Rainchecks

In this tutorial, you will learn how to issue rainchecks.

Setup Sales Items for Raincheck Eligibility

  1. Setup | Point of Sale
  2. Setup | Sales Items
  3. Toggle any items (Green Fees, Cart Fees) eligible to be issued for Raincheck, as RC Eligible.

NOTE: Only the Raincheck Redeemed Sales Item should be active for RC Redeem. Do NOT mark Green Fee items as RC Redeem.

Issue Raincheck

NOTE: Rainchecks can be issued from the tee sheet or the shopping cart.

  1. Right-click a checked-in Reservation on the tee sheet.
  2. Select Issue Raincheck

  3. Find the transaction in the shopping cart under Reprint/Tips, select it, then hit the RC button

  4. Choose to issue raincheck by Holes Played or by Dollar Amount
  5. If Holes Played, change the number of holes played
    change holes played
  6. If Dollar Amount, change the dollar value to issue for the Raincheck
    change dollar amount
  7. Change the number of rainchecks to be issued
  8. Click OK
  9. Rainchecks will print from receipt printer
