Reservations II support

Additional Reports

Report Types

You can access additional reports in the upper-right corner of the Reports page. The following report types are available:

  • Limited
  • Advanced
  • Filtered
  • PCCharge Reports

Limited Reports

1. Click one of the buttons along the top of the page to select a report:

  • Payment Processing Reconciliation report
  • Merchandise Activity
  • Member Transaction Detail
  • Department Sales Summary
  • Member Accounts Activity

2. From the dropdown list, select a Store.
3. From the dropdown list, select a Station.
4. Do one of the following:

  • Enter a date range (From and To), OR
  • Select All Dates.

5. Do one of the following:

  • From the dropdown list, select a Drawer (click List All to see a complete list), and enter the Drawer #, OR
  • Select All Drawers.

6. Complete the Do one of the following:

  • To view the report, click View.
  • To print the report, click Print.

7. Click Exit.

Advanced Reports

The reports are graphically separated by section on the page. Locate the report you want to run:

  • Revenue by Customer
  • Statistics by Customer
  • Cancellation/No Show Letters
  • Booking Analysis
  • Revenue Analysis

Complete the criteria for your report, and click Submit.

Filtered Reports

There is only one Report Type: Item Sales Sum (Dept/Sub sort). You can use the Filtered reports to filter by:

  • Item Type and Dept/Sub Dept/SKU
  • Store
  • Terminal
  • User
  • Date Range
  • Instance

When you have completed the fields, click View Report to generate the report.

PCCharge Reports

Use this section to generate PCCharge reports (previously Credit Card reports).

NOTE: To use these reports, you must have a Merchant Account which is configured for PCCharge use.
